The property is located within the heart of Penrith’s CBD. The site overlooks one of Penrith’s most cherished & sentimental open spaces ‘Memory Park’ whilst capturing solar access to the north.
The design response was to connect with the park, open to it and merge, eliminating the boundary between public and private. Gardens, Green Walls and water features intensify within the public forecourt space providing solace and amenity to the temperate Western Suburbs climate.
The Circulation spaces and corridors are open to natural light and air the building is porous connecting memory park and Judges Park beyond. Pockets of breakout spaces are scattered throughout the building providing patrons with opportunities to gather and mill in various interesting locations, with district and mountain views.
The Roof top swimming pool and public bar come alive of an evening becoming one of Penrith’s Key entertainment venues.
