2-8 Lethbridge Street Apartments

The building is divided in two wings with a common basement and ground floor and common open space. The street frontage of all apartments on ground floor are connected by the use of the same materials and landscape treatment to form an uniform language at the pedestrian's eye level and unify the two wings into the same building.

All apartments have separate access to the street activating the full frontage of the site Access to the building for vehicles and pedestrians has been articulated and separated providing safety for residence, and a strong defining statement of Entry addressing Lethbridge Street.

Landscape elements and a canopy further extenuate the delineation of Entry to the Building.  The taller building on the East wing extends up to 6 levels proposing a more appropriate scale to a building at the fringe of a heavy traffic road and.

A higher building would inspire the high limit along the Northern road and in the future create a barrier protecting the R4 neighborhood.
